What I like to think is that my beauty routine has to start at night. Yes, that's right. As the week starts with mondey morning my beauty routin starts every evening. I like to think that in this way,  in the morning I'll have a perfect white canvas to work on. So every evening, before going to bed, or also before dinner, depends from my mood, I usually start to remove my make-up. Now, I still have to find the right make-up remover that would be the perfect match between my skin needs and a good INCI, but still.
So, I usually start removing most of the make up starting with my eyes, and I like using the Jojoba Oil by Provenzali (but you can find a substitute on amazon: here!). I like to use just a few drops of this oil around my eyes to start melting the make-up avoiding in this way to irritate this sensitive zone of my face.
After a 30 second's massage to my eyes, I start rinsing my face with warm water, before wash it with my beloved soap Savon
D'Alep by Provenzali
(or: here!) . This soap it's really great. It is wonderfull on any skin type and after each use you can fell your skin rigenerate form its mix of olive oil and laurel oil.

When I finish with cleansing, I apply some caster oil by Provenzali on the lashes to let them grow more healty and longer, a night cream, (now I'm trying the Vitamin E night cream by The Body Shop, and I can say I'm happy with this for now) all over my face and neck. In the end, I finish my before-bed's routine washing my teeth and applying a gentle amount of lip balm, I'm using the Burt's Bees one, and I love it!

In the morning, I like starting the day with washing and flossing my teeth. After that, I can dedicate my full attention to my skin. I usually start rinsing my face with warm water and wash it with my Savon D'Alep soap or my Sulpher Soap by Provenzali (or: here!), depends on my skin needs. I generally use my sulpher soap during my period, which is for me better than a tea tree oil one, to fight the traditionally spots.
Every two days, I also apply a scrub and a 3-minutes mask, but with the season I'm changing my routine products and I can't recommend any products right now.
After that, I usually use a tonic all over my face (but really cold water works the same for me), and use my daily cream which is by an italian brand Erboristica, but unfortunately I cannot find it anywhere in the UK, so as goal for the next months will be to find a valid substitute.
If needed I also apply a teatree oil on any spot I think might need some help to heal and done! I can move on to my make-up.
I hope you guys can find this little guide useful and let me know what about your favourite skincare products and beauty routine.

First of all, I would like to talk about an unwritten rule that one should always keep in mind: beware of the INCI of your products. What's the INCI? Simple INCI, also known as International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredients, it's an international system of names for ingredients that are conteined in a product. The INCI system allows the consumer to identify the ingredient content in the product. The first ingredient of the INCI's list it is the major for percentage contained in the product and so on till the last one as the minor percentage of ingredient conteinded in a product. So if you buy a "Pure Argan Oil" that has "argania spinosa kernal oil" (argan oil) at one of the last positions, it is NOT a Pure argan oil. But this is the last of the problem, yes, you read well, because buying something that it is not what you have payed for, it is not the first problem that should concern you when you start reading your INCI's label. But you should whatch out for some really dangerous ingredients, that unfortunately, are the true protagonist in a lot of luxury cosmetics. The worst one?  "Petrolatum, paraffinum liquidum o mineral oil", this ingredient contained in a lot of cosmetic, has been used in industry, as a lubricant for machinery. What happen when you put this ingredient on your skin? The petrolatum creates a film on your skin that doesn't allow air or water to penetrate. Do you really think that this would be healty for your skin? Nope! But, I will talk properly about INCI and how to read it, in the future.

Let's go back at our 5 Golden Rule for a kick-ass Beauty Regime.
